Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms govern the sale of products and services by Bibigameboulevrd Oy (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and receipt of any required deposit.

3. Lead Times

Estimated lead times are provided at order confirmation and may vary based on customization and site readiness.

4. Delivery & Installation

Installation requires suitable site access, level surfaces, and compliance with safety standards. Additional works may be quoted if conditions differ.

5. Warranty

We warrant products against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery. Misuse and improper maintenance are excluded.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Payments

Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur statutory interest.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in Helsinki District Court.
